Other Rules Air-conditioning & Heating Heating in the bedrooms only is included in the price from 1st November until 31st March. Air Conditioning is available upon request and payable locally at €8.00 per unit per day or €25.00 per day where a central unit is available. Damage Deposit A damage deposit of Euro 100 up to Euro 300 is required in case of any damages caused to the villa or if the villa is left in a state where intensive cleaning is needed from an external contractor, therefore we kindly ask our customers to leave the villa in a tidy & presentable condition upon departure and without breakages, to avoid extra expenses from their side. We will require credit card details for preauthorization of the damage deposit upon confirmation of each booking. All online bookings made are considered as requests and will be confirmed with in 24 Hours to guests that have made the reservation booking.
